I will usually take green tea when I feel like I am getting a cold, or if I have a cold, and it usually makes me feel better. From experience, I would recommend having it on an empty stomach, because it makes me nauseous.

I have tried quite a lot of Chronic pain regimens, and the Opana, has been the only narcotic that I have taken that even with side effects has helped with my pain level to get me through the day, I am on the lowest dose by chose, because I dont want to be completely out of it. All the other drugs I have taken have made me either letrahargic, or made me very sick, and also effected my moods, I even had withdrawals while taking the Ultram, bad stuff I think.

I have 3 daughters, all whom have received the gardasil series of 3 shots. My oldest and youngest have not had any major side effects, however, my 16 year old, has had many health problems since receiving her 3rd shot. Ten days after her last shot, she complained of severe abdominal pains, nausea, shortness of breath, numbness and tingling in her hands, muscle cramps, and dizziness. Advil works to relieve all kinds of pain. Last time I took it was for an earache but I had to take two in order for it to work.

I noticed some initial weight loss, but have not seen the promised (or out of the ordinary) weight loss. Slight increased energy levels, but nothing great. Don't yet think that I would recommend it for anything but antioxidants.

I have had Asthma my whole life, and I take this two times a day. I do not get any side effects from it but sometimes it does not work. I recommend it to anyone with Asthma because it helps me breathe much better.
