Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. it works great 3 years I have been on it and I am not pregnant! The only down side is the weight gain and a change in emotions, it makes you a little more sensitive.

I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.

I do not take pomegranate on too regular of a basis, but I feel that the results I have seen in myself are not just a result of pomegranate use but by a combination of pomegranates and other supplements.
