I switched to Vivelle Dot after being on Premarin for 18 years. I am disappointed that my side effects of weight gain and breast tenderness are bad enough to make me want to stop using it. I feel it is safer than Premarin but I cannot live with the side effects.

My quality of life has changed significantly and for the better. I am more confident, less anxious (that I will make big mistakes) and love life.
