Horrible experience! daughter experienced seizures and major depression after taking it. At first it can seem subtle....decreasing appetite and intake of liquid...which can lead to sodium deficiency....which can lead to seizures... our experience was very frightening.

Norethindrone has regulated my menstral cycles to normal lengths of time. However I have added 15lbs of weight since I began taking. (about 40-45 days ago) Extreme bloating has occured since using Norethindrone. Is there an altenative to this drug that will not cause the above side effects

I stopped taking this after the first injection(administered at Dr office) 5 hrs after injection, I developed sysytems of spinal menigitis. Severe fever, vertigo and was unable to lift my head or move without severe pain, dizziness and vomitting for 3 DAYS. I was told, flu like symptoms would occur, symtomps were beyond this. As far as I'm concerned, Prozac is the best drug created by medical science. For those of us with brain disorders like depression, OCD and anxiety, this med is a miracle. It would be impossible for me to fully describe the beneficial effects I've gotten from Prozac on this website. My life is unbelievably, overwhelmingly better because of fluoxetine. I'll take it every day for the rest of my life.
