I noticed some initial weight loss, but have not seen the promised (or out of the ordinary) weight loss. Slight increased energy levels, but nothing great. Don't yet think that I would recommend it for anything but antioxidants.

I have endometriosis and was prescribed YAZ for my birth control to help my symptoms and clear up my acne. While it worked for the first 8 months or so, all of a sudden my period just wouldn't end. I continued bleeding, all the time non stop no matter what pill in the pack I was on. I went to the doctor and tried taking Naproxen with the YAZ to see if that would help kick start the YAZ back to action, but to no avail. I am switching off of the YAZ in a few days because of this. I started spironolactone for my hormonal acne as an alternative to birth control. It takes about 3 months to work, but it works very well! For me, the spironolactone worked very well for 6 months, but has been working less effectively in the last few months
