I have been suffering from a degenerative joint problem with my spine for about 4 years now. I take vicodin when feeling queezy sounds better than being in pain. Taking it for longer periods (ie... every day for a week) causes me to have itching spells. I prefer percocet but it is harder to get off that stuff. Advil has worked for me every time that I experience a congestion when I have a cold. I take Advil because it helps me get to bed and sleep comfortably at night. I don't have to worry about having breathing problems.

Albuterol made me really jittery and uncomfortable. Yes, I was able to breathe, but my body felt wierd and my heart raced. Advair is expensive! It's like $40 a month!! I tried to get my insurance to explain to me why so pricey, they said that's how much it is...you pay for 2 co pays w/ Advair cause it's 2 different drugs in one.

used ProAir when i had bronchitis to help with any sudden shortness of breath. Was effective in helping me breathe a little easier.

Been on it 4 days. Black stools, severe heart palpitations and dizziness. Can't sleep. Have read up on side effects on internet. All of these are possible and then some. No muscle/tendon problems, though. Will contact physician on Monday to discontinue this med.
