I found it to be counterproductive. At first it seemed to help my anxiety but eventually it caused depression bringing on further anxiety.

I only received the first shot as a 20 year old law school student, and 3 weeks later was diagnosed with severe RA. I now give myself injections of Humira every 2 weeks, take fistfuls of pills, struggle to pay medical bills, and am not feeling like a 23 year old should. While I await my latest PSA results, I need to find out why my back, particularly along the spine, hurts so much, with almost nothing that helps. The pain radiates arbitrarily across my lower back, then up to under one shoulder blade or the other, and sometimes both.
