I guess the insulin injections lower my blood sugar, it is just satisfying enough. The thing is that I have to take it everyday, and injections, I don't really like it!

Three years ago, I began taking Piroxicam for my arthritis. Upon taking it I was unaware of the horrible side effects. The medication helped my pain and i was very satisified, although I now suffer from gum disease, bacterial infection, gum bleeding, and buss filled pockets in my mouth. I've paid over 2000 dollars in dental pills to repair the damage the medication has caused me.

My daughter began taking Ortho-cept in August of 2009. It was the only prescription drug or any other , besides an occasional headache medicine she took. On September 11, 2009, she became light-headed at her college dorm and passed out. She came to and went again to get her roomate from another room and passed out a second time upon arriving there after only being there a few minutes. I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Dry mouth so severe, stopped taking it without consulting urologist. During the period of not taking it, about a month, blood pressure increased from normal to over normal with mild but prolonged headaches and some edema in feet and ankles. Are the new symptoms a coincidence or has withdrawal of vesicare caused them?

At first the drug didn't work. However when I started taking it regularly, same time everyday, it worked. My doctor told me to not drink anything 1 hour before I took it or 8 hours after I took it. That was a major pain and sometimes I found myself dehydrated.
