Found out the other day that eating alot of greens will cancel out the effects of warfarin (anything with high Vitamin K like spinach)- just thought I'd pass that along!

Indocin has been a miracle drug for me. It was first prescribed during a severe episode of bursitis over 20 years ago after numerous other prescriptions had failed. For years I took it on an "as needed" basis. This medication relieved the pain but as a side effect irritability and slight mood changes were noticed and it became slightly addicting, so it wasnt taken anymore to avoid these effects.

Not sure, but I think it causes some paranoia sometimes, though I do not have any visual or auditory hallucinations, and have never been diagnosed with any mental issues. I find as the length of time increases for me being on Vicodin, I find myself sometimes suffering from frequent paranoia, even though I have not increase the dosage my doctor prescribed. amitriptyline was added to my other medications because I was grinding my teeth at night and not getting rested sleep. This medication had to be increased after taking 50 mg/day for several years and is now back to working pretty well.

I use this drug for cold sores and it is very effective for shortening the duration of them. It also gets rid of the stinging involved with an outbreak. I have to take them at first tingle to shorten the duration. If it has already broken out then it is less effective.
