My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. I take Accutane for my severe facial acne. I love how well it clears up my face. There is an extreme noticeable difference in my skin and self confidence. It can have some rough side effects though. The medication often makes me feel queasy and nauseous. I also get moody at times because of it but I think it is worth dealing with to receive the benefits.
