Cymbalta certainly does the job. Have had very little side effects from it at all. I am taking it to control my panic attacks. I did go through a period where my doctors office switched doctors and I couldn't get my perscription refilled for almost 5 days until they got it together. I was fine the first two days but the third through fifth day I was having dizzy spells and anxiety attacks from not taking it. I had a incident a while back while taking coumadin where a passed out for a second and bumped my head I also began to vomit, afterwards my doctor readjusted the dosage

Found out the other day that eating alot of greens will cancel out the effects of warfarin (anything with high Vitamin K like spinach)- just thought I'd pass that along!
