At first I thought effxor xr was the best thing that ever happened to me, but after taking it for 2 plus years I wish it was never prescribed to me. I switched from Effexor (300mg) to Prestiq (100mg) and was on Prestiq for 2 weeks. It was horrible. My paranoia was horrible, felt like everyone is talking about me behind my back, even feel like one coworker is trying to get me fired. I have at least 1 panic attack a day (never used to have them so much). I'm switching over to effexor. Leritine is the only drug that relieves my pain. My doctor prescribed this drug for me approximately 15 years ago. I used the drug for approximately 3 weeks, until I no longer needed it. Years later, I requested this drug from my doctor, to relieve severe pain. I was informed that the drug was no longer available.
