Based on my experience I'd recommend that you consider whether to avoid the vaccine or wait for further testing, expecially if you have a family history of autoimmune disease. For me, my vaccine with Gardasil was followed by or triggered an auto immune reaction- arthritis, fatigue, painful swelling of joints, etc.

I’ve been on seasonique for a year and a half and I have loved the fact that I only get my period 4 times a year. My sex drive has not changed, and I have not had any dryness that others have reported, or moodiness. I’m only insanely moody when I’m on my period, but I’ve always been like that. The disk is very convient and portable which is a plus but the after taste is pretty bad. I sometimes have a cup of water a little afterwards to wash away the taste. I also experience some stomach cramps and dizziness at times, which may be due to the medicine.
