I started taking it a few months ago, and the only real side effects I'm seeing is fatigue and about a week before my period I get very bad headaches. Other than that, no problems! My sister on the other hand, gained at least 15-20 pounds instantly and would get very dizzy and disoriented before her period. She had to change to Femcom.

I take adderall 20mg in the evenings to study and for late night classes. I take vyvanse in the morning and it usually lasts until about 4pm. The adderall holds me over for the rest of the evening. I would take adderall more often but I hate that the effects only last 4-5 hrs and I do not want to have to take medicine 3-4 times a day. I have had changes in discharge (it's usually yellowish), and each month I have a different side effect! The newest is bloating and numbness on my right side of the body (NOT a blood clot...I already got checked out). I have felt extremely nausious another month. I do have chronic migraines. maybe like 3-6 a year. I have only had 3 or 4 in the past 2 years I've been on mononessa. It is really effective. And Cheap. I should have read up on all the potential side effects but I was unsure which medicine I would get due to my insurance. I'm taking Quasense because I have servere PMS for 3 wks including during my cycle, so bad I can barely function due to the emotional/anxiety/fatigue issues so my doctor thought this would help so at least I only get the symptons every few months.
