ive been using this drug for 4 years and find it very effective. the only problem is-once i try and go without, my skin totally breaks down. then once i start again it clears up!!!

When I first started taking it the pill started to regulate my cycle but did not help with the painful cramps and bleeding that I was having. After about a year on the pill my cycles became irregular again and we tried several other birth control methods to see if it would regulate and I did not have any success. I still believe that this is the best birth control pill on the market though

I started Junel on the advice of my physician to regulate hormone levels. It was to be a trial of 3 months.One day after taking the last pill in my very first pack I noticed I was short of breath doing some minor exercises that I normally do just fine. the next day I could barely get up the stairs and was gasping for breath. i am a healthy active 50 year old woman who exercises daily. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.
