Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. It's made me more moody, more depressive, breasts are way more tender (like, they hurt every single day), bloating has gotten worse, and I've become more self-conscious and snappy at people. But it does regulate my cycle like I needed something to.

Be careful if you take Synthroid for Hypo-thyroid disease..... talk to your doctor before starting Claritin. My blood pressure went up all of the sudden after always being good.......when I stopped the Claritin it went back to normal. It scared me.
