I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.

When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. However, after about two months of use, I have short, light periods and little pms related symptoms. This pill has given me nothing but problems from the start. During the first few months I experienced weight gain, very sore breasts, mood swings, and worst of all hair loss. I would lose large clumps in the shower everyday. Also my periods were completely erratic. I was more regular when I was on no birth control. I started on Levothyroxine. but switched to Tirosint because my pharmacy didn't carry Levo. And since then, all of my symptoms that I had before I was even diagnosed have come back. Ive put on more weight, I have horrible acne, my skin is dry again, hair falling out, painful/stiff neck.
