When I was first prescribed Solpadol, everything was fine. It treated my headaches very effectively, there was some drowiness and confusion, but that was to be expected with a strong painkiller. As time has passed on and my health hasn't got any better I'm still taking the tablets under direction of my doctor. Now things are a little different. I was prescribed dexamethasone for severe inflammation in my tonsils when I had mononucleosis. I was unable to swallow and had difficulty breathing due to my enlarged tonsils, but the dexamethosone improved the swelling significantly very quickly. It made me very hungry, but I had also lost a lot of weight from my illness, so this side effect was not bad for me. Perhaps it is just an effect of being on birth control in general, but with Junel FE my periods are regular (something they had never been), and my cramping is significantly less severe. I have noticed some hormonal changes (ie mood swings, headaches), but equal to or less than other birth control brands I have been on.

Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. Since starting Trivora I've become extremely depressed and moody. I've always been a little insecure, but the medicine seems to magnify it exponentially. My mood jumps from one extreme to the next. I sometimes feel like I'm on the verge of total insanity and even have suicidal thoughts at times.
