I switched from Effexor (300mg) to Prestiq (100mg) and was on Prestiq for 2 weeks. It was horrible. My paranoia was horrible, felt like everyone is talking about me behind my back, even feel like one coworker is trying to get me fired. I have at least 1 panic attack a day (never used to have them so much). I'm switching over to effexor. I know that prestiq is basically the same as effexor (already broken down), but maybe my body needed to break the effexor down. I'll keep you updated as... View full comment

Weird episodes where I feel furious for no reason...just descends on me like a migraine. My fatigue is better, maybe? At first, Provigil made a big difference, quickly wore down, and the switch to Nuvigil gave me a bit more energy again. It is doing something stimulating, since I've got much more anxiety and those rage attacks, but I don't know if it's really improving my quality of life or ability to function. I am on 0.25 Xanax twice a day along with Ativan 0.5mg -2 tabs before bedtime. My Dr. wanted me to try Xanax and see what worked the best for me. I had been on Ativan 0.5 mg 3 or 4 times day and it seemed to have quit working for me. Now, I can't really tell any difference between Ativan and Xanax. I really think i like Ativan the best. So frustated with meds. I am also on Lexapro- 20 mg. Any suggestions for me?
