I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! Wow, I wish someone would have told me about Zyflamend before now. It is GREAT for my joint pain in my knees and ankles. I have been absolutely amazed by the almost immediate improvment upon taking it. My only complaint is that it doesn't last 24 hours and late in the evenings the joint pain returns. But I certainly look forward to taking it again in the morning before the hustle and bustle of the day.

I have suffered from migraine's and daily headaches for the last 30 years and am currently seeing a specialist who has come to the end of their recommendations.
