The first three months were hellish. i constantly needed to throw up. my head hurt. i was exhausted. after that everything calmed down. i still feel nauseous in the mornings but it's bearable. i'm much calmer. my enthusiasm for certain things has dulled and i'm pretty sure my sex drive has decreased. but it was pretty darn high to start off with so situation still isn't critical :-) my sensitivity (physical) has decreased though which is a down side. my sense of urgency has gone which is good... I love allegra, It works as it should and lasts the entire day. It clears up my symptoms and doesn't cause drowsiness, I wish they had this one available at any pharmacy!

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and a variety of chronic joint and muscle pain. I cannot take anti-inflamatories because I take Coumadin (blood thinner). I was prescribed Percocet after major shoulder surgery and found it was the 'best' pain releif I'd ever gotten for my whole body. I am on a relatively low-dose for chronic pain and yes, I know this is physically addictive. However, quality of life is addictive as well!!!! I have begun drinking pomegranate juice (not from concentrate) every morning and I haven't seen any changes although I've been drinking it consistently. The benefits of pomegranates could be long-term rather than short-term so I will continue my pomegranate drinking-regimen.
