Tylenol is a staple medication in my family whenever there’s a cold or some little ailment. My dad’s a family practicioner and we all happen to use Tylenol. It does wonders and is reliable. I’ve never had any problems as a result of Tylenol use but there could of course be side effects--never experienced any myself.

I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. Energy is better, but I dont need the anxiety caused by the difficulty breathing. I recognize I need testosterone in my life, because without it life is so much worse. There just has to be another way.

Lyrica is ok for treating anxiety conditions like GAD. It works well but the confusion/dizziness at dosage above 300mg per day can be a problem. It does not have many gastrointestinal side effects but I find that it irritates a long term gastritis problem of mine. Lyrica is a good alternative for those who cant tolerate conventional antidepressants or those who would like to avoid the use of benzodiazipines.
