I have reduced my amisulpride to 100mg a day, since yesterday, and I now take high quantities of brewers yeast tablets and B12. I feel a lot calmer, little depression, more alert and better quality sleep but only a few hours! My main worry is that I have high blood pressure, which seems to be a result of taking yeast extract with moclobemide.

Phenergan with codeine was prescribed to me when I had an upper respiratory infection (a cold). I had a very bad cough and bad congestion. I only took it at night because it had a significant drowsiness effect on me. I had to take more than the recommended amount to notice an effect on my cough- and I didn't feel like it was much more effective than over the counter products- except for putting me to sleep. Indocin has been a miracle drug for me. It was first prescribed during a severe episode of bursitis over 20 years ago after numerous other prescriptions had failed. For years I took it on an "as needed" basis. I switched because of cost and this was the generic they caried. Oh goodness. It's been two weeks and I noticed I have crying spells and moody. This feeling of hopelessness/sadness. I have had bouts of depression and this pill seemed to magnify it for me. I do not want to keep people from trying it ..this is just my experience so far. Advil doesnt really work to stop my pain. I would say that it is good for headaches but nothing more than that.
