Started taking this primarily because migraines were out of control (2+/week lasting 1-3 days) and their intensity seemed to covary with night sweat severity. Gynecologist agreed that migraines might be due to low estrogen. Within 3 weeks--Stopped 90% of the migraines and reduced the intensity of those that remained. Night sweats stopped completely. Unexpected benefits were much better sleep and moderately improved mental clarity.

During the first week I took half a dose and experienced a pretty strong distaste to all foods. Even when I was hungry, the sight and smell of food made me feel sick. This went away during the second week. My only other side effect is that I don't sleep as much as I used to. Also, it tends to wear off suddenly between doses. Tylenol has helped me with various pains, aches, and headaches. More recently I have grown quite fond of tylenol pm. When i have a cold it helps me sleep through the night and helps alleviate all of my cold symptoms especially runny and conjested noses.

the worst period ever when it does come around quarterly. I would stay away from this drug, it is worth having a period every month just to avoid these symptoms.
