It works effectively for me, but it doesn't seem any more effective than the over-the-counter Primatene inhaler. I purchased a Primatene inhaler after my prescription Albuterol inhaler ran out and have not since returned to have another prescription of Albuterol given. Primatene is more readily accessible, and a prescription is not needed from my doctor. For individuals with minor sleeping problems on an irregular basis this medicine may help but for someone that struggles on a regular basis it is not enough by itself to help the person sleep

Pomegranates definitely have a lot of health benefits. I have not yet seen any results, but I do not take pomegranates on a prescribed dosage.

I didn't like the way it made me feel, I got very sick from it. Iwould only take if I in a lot of pain that i couldnt handle other then that I would never take it.

I do take 1000 mfg of OTC Niacin - quick release, which has been more instrumental in reducing cholesterol, and other lipids. This can cuase severe etching, if done on emply stomach, and whiteout taking aspirin 15minutes before.
