I have fibromyalgia and was very hopeful while taking this medicaiton but to tell you the truth my life was a living hell. I found myself in a deep dark place I had never been before, I think if it wasn't for my faith I don't know what this medication would have caused me to do. I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects.
