Vyvanse helps me concentrate. I feel like I can stay focused on my homework and class work. It doesn’t give me a bad feeling once I feel that it is wearying off. It works very well for me. Overall I feel very good and positive when I take it. If I don't take it I get frustrated while I do my school work. I would recommend it to others who have ADHD or ADD.

Took it for 6 months starting with a high dosage to treat pericarditis. I kept to a strict diet and only gained 5 lbs during the 6 months but the other side effects were awful. Developed severe joint pain from head to toe and had leg and foot cramps. I would wake at night in terrible pain that was awful enough to leave me crying. I am only taking Adalat because I am still nursing my daughter - as soon as she is weaned, I am going back to Micardis. Adalat is awful for me. My legs and feet turn bright red and feel really warm, plus I have a sense of dizziness, and it is hard for me to function normally. I would not recommend this drug, unless you have no other choice.
