I was originally prescribed lortab for fibromyalgia pain. I was prescribed Lortab 10, 4 times a day but quickly began abusing it. It seemed that the longer I took it, the more I had to take to obtain the same pain relief. I abused Lortab for 1 year and as a result became physically and physchologically addicted and finally sought help at a drug rehab treatment facility. This drug is effective for acute pain but I would not recommend for patients with long term chronic pain.

this "helps" a bit with tinea versicolor but it doens't ever seem to cure it completely. (or make the spots fade completely). what does work?

I was previously on Effexor and have found Wellbutrin to be more effective for my case. Side effects are much less and my energy level is better. I have returned to a healthier weight and have a better control of my deppression

Whilst taking this drug has got my thyroid levels back to normal and has sorted out those problems, I am constantly batling cold/flu viruses that my GP and consultant do not take seriously. Thankfully new GP has ordered a batch of blood tests to check I'm not one of the unlucky ones who have their white cells wiped out! Horrible joint pain, to the point I could not stand or walk. Took my nephrologist to discover it was the med and immediately took me off of this. They say that the damage should not be permanent, but it's been 6 weeks and my hip is still very painful, although improved. VERY frustrating!!!
