I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. THe Aloe was mixed with ginger, getting nutrients and cleansing basically detox. It tasted really bad n side effects.. got me pretty nauseous for a week afterwards! Didnt like anything bout it

Advair works great for breathing problems, but since i started using advair, i have voice changes, lots of pain in my joints, and weight gain, i want to stop using this medication, but cant, it seems ive become dependant on this stuff. its like my lungs just cant work with out advair, i dont like that at all, i didnt use to have that type of problem before.ive been using advair about 6 yrs. now, the longest ive been able to be off it was 3 months, but i cant even do that again.

I only take Maxalt when the migraine is so severe I can not see straight. I do not like a lot of the side effects but a lot of the times it will dull the pain to where I can function again.
