I have been on this for 4 weeks and I do feel a bit better finally, I am smiling and that has got to be good. I expected it to be faster and more dramatic. Have had no severe side effects however I was nauseous and had dizzy spells to start with but they have pasted . Have started to feel breathless this week and teeth clenching - not sure if that is the pristiq or just me. As i am feeling better in myself i plan on starting to exercise and see if that helps too

This is a horrible drug that caused all kinds of side effects and made me miserable for the last 2 years. Started taking it due to gastritis from NSAIDS. Tried Pepcid first but got acid breakthrough after 1 month. Tried 10 mg capsules of Omeprazole, but they had a nasty aftertaste. Bumped up to 20 mg, then 40 mg. Constant bloating and abdominal pains. This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Usually, I am able to sleep 7-8 hours although the last two aren't as restful.Since I'm able to sleep again, my anxiety has dropped, my mood has stabilized, I'm not tired all the time, and I'm just feeling better. ProAir HFA

My personal experience the w/ProAir HFA, is not a favorable one. I am 39 yrs old and have been a life-long Asthma suffferer / survisor! However, within the past few months, my Asthma has gone into what I call an 'active / non-reactive' phase. Very active on the Asthma side and non-reactive to my normal Albuterol Sulfate Inhaler or Solution for my Nebulizer. Morphine Sulfate

While hospitalized for a severe kidney infection I received a morphine injection and felt a slight rush through my body. I was numb and couldn't feel a thing, was very comfortable. After leaving the hospital I felt nauseous (although I always feel nauseous when it comes to pain killers) and tired, but still very good on relieving pain.

To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription.
