Tylenol has helped me with various pains, aches, and headaches. More recently I have grown quite fond of tylenol pm. When i have a cold it helps me sleep through the night and helps alleviate all of my cold symptoms especially runny and conjested noses.

First time i have tried mucinex, usually fight off broncititus atleast twice a year, yes each major weather change spring and fall. Usually takes me 3 weeks to finally get back in gear each time. Tried mucinex this time took the extended release type 600 twice a day, it worked BUT I do have a warning to pass along. I started taking Januvia a year ago because my blood sugar had began to go up while I was just taking Metformin and hadn't been doing anything different than usual. Since I started taking Januvia in addition to Metformin I have noticed that my blood sugar is much more stable.

just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight.
