I have been on several antidepressants over the years. My problems started with very severe panic attacks. For this condition, Paxil was amazing. Sometimes when your symptoms are severe, it will take at least 1 month before the medicine will really start working its purpose. Paxil did make me gain weight, but I still feel this is the best drug for me for those symptoms. At first when I was taking Pristiq it seemed to be the miracle pill. I thought I'd hit the lottery but the longer I have been on it more negative than positive. I'm on 50mg per day and have been on it for 3 months. I'm experiencing headaches, mild seizures, dizziness, weight gain, insomnia, and depression that went away in beginning is now back again. I'm going to have to slowly go off it but if it starts out good that doesn't mean that it will stay that way. I'm going to try Prozac again.

I changed to Lyrica because I heard it was very effective for pain management & it is, but the side effects of weight gain & blurred vision are not worth it to me. I am planning to talk to my Doctor about switching. There are other side effects I could live with, but I'm not taking anything that makes me more hungry. I have enough problems in that area already.

I have taken Analgin, which is sold in many European countries as a pain killer for, toothache, stomachache, headache stuff like that, to releif some pain. Well, now im developing Hives (urticaria), and while taking steroids to treat the hives, i come across to take Analgin (Metamizole) twice, and my whole face swelled up,and the rash worstened a lot, i am starting to think i have become alergic to Metamizole sodium which is present in the Analgin pill. since taking carbimazole i've more stressed. more hair loss, eating a lot. not sure if i am putting weight or lossing half the time. ive never been allergic to anything and since taking carbimazole i have to certain food so iam scared to eat anything.
