After almost 18 months of back pain so severe that I could not walk without being in agony for more than 2 minutes, now I can walk with little or no pain, am able to exercise again and so am starting to get fitter and lose weight. I have thinning neck discs causing pressure on a nerve and spinal cord and the pain in my arm was unbearable -I was crying at times with it. Lyrica at 600 mg a day (with Tramadol ) has allieviated this but I have had slight vision problems at some times and absolutely no Libido! My original dosing was only once a day, but around mid-afternoon I felt horrible and my symptoms were worse than ever. My psychiatrist switched me to one in the early morning and one in afternoon and, ever since, the change has been ridiculous. Ambien did not help me with my insomnia whatsoever. After taking it, I didn't feel drowsy and had no side effects at all. It felt like I didn't take a medication at all... it had absolutely no effect on me.
