Pristiq is a terrible antidepressant drug!!! I had severe headaches, vision problems, edginess, anger, bitterness, insomnia, shakiness, felt like I was going to snap. I sobbed all of the time. I tried Seasonique once I started being sexuially active again. The first month I developed a yeast infection, which is normal for me when I begin a new BC,then after 4 weeks I began spotting and breakthrough bleeding and this lasted for 2mths, finally I spoke to my OBGYN(who is a wonderful and amazing doctor) and he suggested that I stop that pack and start a new one(which he provided). This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast.
