I switched to Caduet to combine High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol medications I was taking. I didn't notice any side effects and it seems to have worked well treating both issues.

I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! I like that this is a multivitamin all packed into one. I was experiencing symptoms of iron and vitamin K deficiencies, and this has helped to alleviate many of those symptoms. I also just feel generally more healthy. It's nice to know I am at least coming close to necessary daily levels of vitamins and minerals!

since taking one pump of estrogel daily i have experienced a decline in hot flushes but have severe headaches every day and generally feel quite low and have a lack of energy.I quite often feel dizzy and my head feels its about to explode I have also experienced a sort of wooshing in my ears and I am unsure if this is due to an increase in blood pressure?

I started on 5 grams two weeks ago and I could tell it was working. However, late in the day I could feel it wearing off. When I would take the 5 grams in the morning it helped with my libido and firmness but by the next morning it would wear off. My doctor increased the dose to 10 grams a day and I just started that. I mainly used it when i started on an excercise programme. I found my muscles would ache and my ankles would swell. Its been pretty good, very effective I think.
