This drug is the difference between whether I sleep or not.. If I forget or do not take it, because I am out of it, I do NOT sleep at all, until about 4-5 am. I LOVE this drug and for me, it has virtually NO side effects.

Tylenol is sometimes ineffective when used frequently to the point where I have to go to sleep in order to escape the pain. Thus, I try to only take it in extreme cases for best results.

Nexium has been the only medicine to help with my GERDS. My reflux was so bad it acid bubbled into my nose and I could not breathe; regardless of when I ate! There is nothing worse than being unable to not breathe! I would have to tell myself to be calm and let the acid bubbles subside to catch a breathe. The acidic cough is the worst! Nexium is the best! Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.
