I take pristiq with wellbutrin(150 mg) every day. The combination helps to manage my depression and anxiety. I have a very stressful job and have had a tremendous amount of stress in my life due to personal and professional events. Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. Tylenol really does take my headaches away. The tylenol i use most often is the 8 hour tylenol. I also use it for the pain i feel in my shoulder because of my injury in wrestling.
