Sublingual is a terrible idea for this medicine. It tasted terrible and made my tongue numb. 15 minutes after taking it I became completely drugged out (in a stupor) and had to be taken to bed immediately. Slept 12 hours straight in a deep sleep, but snored heavily and gasped for air all night long. That was my first and last time taking this medicine.

I used Mononessa for about 3-4 months. I started back in late February and ended in June. Over that time, I had very intense mood swings and many crying episodes. I usually am a very positive person and I could not get into a good mental place. I was also vomiting much more often and I experienced several intense headaches and multiple mild ones in a month. Concerta was the first ADHD medication I ever took. I took it for about a year, and during that time it worked very well. I would say that it is one of the best medications I have ever taken for ADHD. As I continued to take it, I noticed that it wasn’t working as well for me. I felt extremely unfocused, almost as if I constantly had a blank stare. I also began to get very dizzy and walking from one class to another was sometimes very difficult.

I can't take estrogen based pills, so this seemed like a good option. For the most part it's been ok, but I've gained about 10 lbs and haven't been able to make it budge! I work out religiously and eat only around 1200 calories a day, and the weight keeps creeping on! I stopped taking my pills for about a week, and 5 lbs have already melted away!

I usually have terrible migraines or headaches and paracetemol helps remove the pain however when they are severe paracetemol does not work as well.
