I have pretty bad anxiety/OCD and Pristiq doesn't really help me with that. Maybe a little, but not much. I don't feel depressed taking it. Noticed my hair is falling out a little faster since I started taking Pristiq, but I'm a guy in his late 20's and it was already an issue, just not to the extent it is now. I switched from Arimidex to Aromasin because of extreme joint pain. During the first three years on Aromasin, I suffered from hot flashes and insomnia. The last two years the hot flashes are only occasional and the insomnia is a little better. I get tired easily, but considering the benefits against breast cancer, I can put up with it. I switched to Darvocet after my Hydrocodine left me feeling too sick for the amount of pain relief I received. The Darvocet worked much better, but since I have a high tolerance to pain medication, a high dosage still was not very effective
