I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered. Tinea versicolor is one of the most common fungal that causes white spots on the skin. I aquired the fungal after tanning in the salon. I tried selsum blue at first and I never saw results. Then I took ketozole and the spots faded after a week.

Once you are on it, you can reduce the dosage. But it is difficult to come completely off it, however I was successful coming off it for a couple of years. It is hard to wean yourself off of paxil. It really helps with panic.

I did feel better in the beginning. There is a noticeable energy lift and feeling of well being. But unfortunatly there is also intense emotions and difficulty breathing, expecially in bed. I don't like the feeling of slight suffocation. It causes me anxiety. For that reason I am seeing my doctor and electing to take the shot instead.
