Lyrica is one of the sneakiest little devil there is. First you feel great, it really helped with the nerve pain through out my body, and it knocked me out at night. I definitely couldn't take this medication in the day time, and forget about driving that is a joke! You can barely see, and that is if you aren't already lost from confusion. Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries.
