First time i have tried mucinex, usually fight off broncititus atleast twice a year, yes each major weather change spring and fall. Usually takes me 3 weeks to finally get back in gear each time. Tried mucinex this time took the extended release type 600 twice a day, it worked BUT I do have a warning to pass along. I have taken Centrum Multivitamin in the past and experienced no side effects. In the last two days, I have taken Centrum/Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with food and experienced constipation and loss of appetite almost immediately after taking the pill. I take other medication and am not sure if it the result of the combination of medication I am taking. Plan to stop taking the vitamin.

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously.
