Lyrica is ok for treating anxiety conditions like GAD. It works well but the confusion/dizziness at dosage above 300mg per day can be a problem. It does not have many gastrointestinal side effects but I find that it irritates a long term gastritis problem of mine. Lyrica is a good alternative for those who cant tolerate conventional antidepressants or those who would like to avoid the use of benzodiazipines. prozac takes so long to give relief from depression-I developed anxiety-sometimes very strong-the first 2 weeks starting this medicine-sometimes get indigestion easily

I have been using nuvaring over 4 months now. Have experienced no problems. I feel that a lot of complaints from other users is from incorrect use and from unhealthy individuals trying to use a hormonal method. i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.
