I puta paste of honey on my face inorder to remove acne aswell as tone my skin, instead my face had a rash and the acne seemed to be worse.

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. I've taken only immediate release niacin. With twice a day dosing, I've never had any liver issues. Every time I try three times a day dosing, I eventually get elevated liver enzymes.
