For a drug that can be easily bought in stores, Advil is definitely the best. It has never given me any negative side effects (nothing like nausea, headaches, drowsiness, etc.). It has helped provide relief from pain, stomach cramps, headaches, and sports-related injuries.

You need to report the muscle pain, you could get permanent muscle damage with cholesterol meds, I myself would not take it if you have muscle pain, this could indicate that it maybe is starting to damage your muscles and joints. I have tried five different statin drugs like baycol, zorcor and crestor....etc and they make me hurt all over, just got niaspan last night and didn't sleep and woke up lightheaded and had heart palpatations, probably won't take this either!!!! I used it when I had a bad headache once and it worked wonders for me. It also provided a fair amount of relief when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The variety of it is great, and even the chewable tablets are excellent (and taste well).
