I was originally prescribed pills that only contained 0.030 mg of synthetic estrogen for extremely painful cramps (and also hoped that they would help control some of my bad acne). I experienced some breast tenderness, and the acne hardly cleared as we had hoped. I was soon switched to MonoNessa, which has 0.035 mg of the estrogen in it, and I think it has worked wonderfully. It worked very well. I was having bad ear aches and congestion. I started taking it after my doctor told me to try it. I had tried many different medications before it and it was the only one that made me feel better. The only problem I have with it is that it is very harsh on the stomach. It gave me really strong stomach aches and cramps.
