Initially, Wellbutrin XL definitely helped me to get through my husband's one-year navy deployment, with me having to work part-time, continue working on my Master's degree, and care for my 7 and 9 year olds alone. That was 4 1/2 years ago and I am still on Wellbutrin XL. At this time, I would say my mild depression and anxiety, plus mood swings and lack of patience, are creeping back. I love effexor and what it did for me. I don't like having to deal with hives and looking like I've been mugged. My face swells and the hives make me scratch holes in my skin. I've missed work because of frequent hospital trips. I would take effexor again, but I would really rather do without that particular side effect.

I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.
