I really like Wellbutrin XL. It’s me alert and it has improved my thinking. The one thing I don’t like about it is that it cannot be taken at night. Overall, works well for me.

The initial hair loss was much more than I expected - probably half my hair if I judged by the thickness of my ponytail and lasted longer than expected probably 9 months from the start of my taking it. I didn't notice it too much for the first 4-5 months but I was also taking prednisone then. After I stopped the prednisone about 6 months in with the Imuran the hair loss became pronounced. I don' tthink that medication works for me. The way they advertise it on TV, you think it is going to work so well and have effects, but for me, nothing at all. I do not like medications anyways.

I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).
