I started on 5 grams two weeks ago and I could tell it was working. However, late in the day I could feel it wearing off. When I would take the 5 grams in the morning it helped with my libido and firmness but by the next morning it would wear off. My doctor increased the dose to 10 grams a day and I just started that. I have suffered from migraine's and daily headaches for the last 30 years and am currently seeing a specialist who has come to the end of their recommendations. Last year I visited the US and whilst out witout my usual headache medication bought the Excedrin Extra Strength Express Gels. A lot of my symptoms could be related to me stopping smoking and not to NicoDerm CQ. My chest hurts but not a caving in feeling, rather a bruised feeling. As the day progresses I feel less anxious. I smoked 13 ciggerettes per day and still think that Step 1 is giving me too much nicotine.
