I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

I am 36 year old female and was diagnosed hyperthyroidism 10 months after having a baby. I was prescribed 30 mg carbimazole a day and after 3 weeks of taking it I came out in rash and hives all over my torso, neck, legs and it got even on my face. I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms.
